Revisions to AAA Policies - Coach Selection and Complaints
Please note revisions to the following AAA policies:
The Coach Selection Policy has been revised to reflect the reality whereby coaching applicants may not have been able to select a team Manager prior to the interview process. The policy has been revised to indicate that if this is the case, a successful applicant MUST select a Manager and submit this name to the Committee for approval by May 1.
The Complaints Policy has been revised to clarify the procedure following the submission of a complaint. This clarification indicates that the Committee, upon receipt of a complaint, shall determine the appropriate body to investigate and adjudicate the complaint (either the Committee OR the association under which the complainant’s team is registered). If the Committee refers the complaint to one of the associations, the complainant shall be notified immediately.
